seeing stars a lot!

I've been seeing stars and getting light headed a lot this past week.  I'm about to call my doctor asap, but wanted to see if any of you ladies have felt like this lately.  I read it may be as simple as adding an iron supplement.  I hope its nothing serious.

how's your blood pressure been?  I was seeing stars last friday at work, and had the EMT on the floor take my blood pressure to find it was high.  Been to the doc twice since then; this morning I was pulled from work, doctors orders, I must rest.

I had my BP taken at my last dr appt about 3 weeks ago and it was on the low side.  Once the dr calls me back I have a feeling they'll have me come in to check it out.

I've seen stars about 3 times in the last week. My blood pressure is fine at the doctors but I'm assuming its blood pressure related since it happens when I stand up too quickly.

I have issues with my BP and this happened to me today.  Not worried since I know my BP is creeping up, but will discuss with my dr tomorrow.

I feel like that about once a week. It's a combination of being dehydrated and having low blood pressure for me. There are a bunch of things that could cause it though - high bp, low bp, anemic, dehydrated, etc.
