A LOT of that was from this weekend. I went out to dinner and to a party yesterday and was on a bit of a jnk binge. I'm back to healthy eating today though.
Im 20 weeks and hit 10 pounds exactly today! I find walking has helped a lot- we usually do 2-3 miles on Saturday and Sunday but during the week I do about .5- 1 mile.
I'm 18 weeks w/ second child and have not gained a pound..but i was about 25-30 lbs. overweight to begin with and i have diabetes...so the doc says i should only gain about 15 and i'm right on track now..
I'm 18 weeks and have gained 15 pounds. My docs seems happy with that, so long as it doesn't get out of control later. What they are really concerned about is making sure I'm exercising.
I've gained about 6lbs. I've really been slacking with my workouts and eating badly lately... I need to get back on track or I'll really start packing on the pounds. I'm not too worried about weight gain though...I'm pretty confident I'll lose the weight quickly afterwards.
I am almost 27 weeks and am up 13 lbs. Doc is very happy with that-I feel good about it too. DH and I walk a lot (live in the city) and I have been trying to eat healthy.
At my last OB appointment at 14 weeks I was up 4.5 pounds. My next appointment is in two weeks and to save myself from obsessing I'm only weighing myself at appointments. My hope is to be up another 2 pounds.
