when did you start potty training? and how?

I'm sure DS is still too young but just curious when everyone started to potty train and how they went about doing it.

I think I'm going to have a hard time because ds ALWAYS poops overnight

I have not potty trained yet, but plan on doing it early. ?I have been doing some research on early potty training, and it looks promising. ?I think that DS shows some interest now as he is always in the bathroon with us. ?I am going to be getting him a little potty soon and just taking him at predictable time during the day and see how it goes. ?He is wearing cloth diapers and I heard that it might help him potty train earlier. ?I know a few people who have been successfull potty training their boys starting around 15-18 months and they are usually going pretty consistantly by 24 months. ?I'm going to try it and if he goes great, if not we will try again later.
