Toddlers: 24 Months+
Still pregnant at 39 weeks: My nesting update;)
Now getting contractions every hour or so, but nothing too thrilling... which, in itself, is a thrill to me! I think I may just be the only 39 week pregnant woman excited to still be pregnant! ...well, it means I still have MORE TIME to get stuff done;)
Every room in my house is now cleaned and organized, including the closets! Yahoo! Just have the kitchen table to clean off (DH's papers that I have no idea what to do with). Otherwise, my entryway looks like a stroller convention is going on (I think there are 4 or 5 now), including 1 donated double Combi stroller, all of which are cleaned and ready to go (LOL).
Anyhow, I'm rambling, but just wanted to pop in to say howdy. Have my OB appt tomorrow AM for a possible membrane stripping experience (totally NOT looking forward to that) since my doc is going OOT for vacation on Saturday. Send me good vibes, please;) Take care, ladies!

Dani: ::panic:: Totally forgot about stocking the freezer... eeeeeek! Oh well, that's what family is for, right? (fingers crossed that they remember to feed us;) Oh well... there's always take-out;)
Stacie: I'm thinking boy, too, but who the heck knows. I was *sure* DD was a boy;)
Still on my To Do list (if I don't give birth first)...
1) Call potential nanny about pay/start date (we will have a nanny's help 2-3 days a week at first, to help us get naps/maybe light cooking/etc. We almost died with DD b/c she was such a problem child (severe acid reflux/inconsolable/BFing going really badly/etc) that we want to have a lil extra help this time with 2 kiddos).
2) One more trip to Babies R Us for DD's new straw cups (need more & they are on sale now).
3) Need to organize DD's photos from the past 1.5 yrs (yikes!) into order then put them into sleeved photo album (no time to scrapbook at this point LOL).
4) Each of us write letter to DD in her baby book before this new baby comes.
5) Do something special with DD each day this week until baby arrives (art project, go to arboretum to feed ducks, take her to mall to ride escalators--her fav!)
No kidding LOL! I remember that... Well, as of tonight, January is gone so, as I predicted, this babe with be a Febubaby;) Thank you, Bright. I will def try to enjoy DD and work less this week. Finally, time to somewhat rest. I'm praying I don't give birth until after Wednesday, so I can get her photo album in order. I know it's pushing it, but that would be my last request from the big guy upstairs, other than, of course, a healthy/safe baby/delivery;)
