Single Parents

I wanted to RP that 3rd tri post so

everyone that missed it on that board realizes what a dbag that original poster is.  Then I thought there may some on here that wouldn't appreciate it so I didn't.  But the temptation is still there, lol.

Re: I wanted to RP that 3rd tri post so

  • I think most of us saw it Smile  That chick is probably hiding in a corner whimpering in pain from the new butt she was just ripped.
  • Oops, I meant repost back onto the 3rd tri board.  That board moves so quickly it's easy to miss an idiot post, lol.

  • I did also catch these gems from the OP

Not judging but it is a little humorous to me that a vast majority of these "single parents" are pregnant teenagers...one post that is recent the OP mentions she just learned how to drive! WTF?

youre right minor overlook on my part...however my opinion still stands that it is humorous that teenagers getting pregnant find themselves alone...just because they are young doesnt excuse them from the responsibilities of sex...im not judging their decisions, they made their beds...but to whine when they find that the BD isnt going to stick around doesnt cut it with me...its not surprising and you are right there are only like 3 or 4 girls on there that are teens...i shouldnt make such broad generalizations

    Yea, nice post D-bag.

For the record, my GRANDMOTHER still has never had her license.

Would it have been easier if I had waited, yes...would it have been better? Hell no

Laurie, you are my hero.  I still cry thinking about the first sentence. and regarding the second, no truer words have ever been posted.

Thanks to all of you for sticking up for us over on the SP board... you had to know we were going to see the post, people LOVE drama here, lol.  But in all seriousness,  I appreciate that you see how strong we are.  While some days are harder than others, I wouldn't trade a single one for the world.

    Wow, I'm an adult, married parent...and I still think you're a douche.

Certainly hope you never find yourself alone. Now that, my friend, would be ironic.

You know Manda, the majority of those SP's are no different than you.  They are/were married and found out their husband's aren't quite the men they thought they were.  Life is sh1tty sometimes and the most responsible people inevitibly get put in postions that they never thought they would be in.  Hopefully you will never know what it is like to be a single parent- but if you are I hope that no one finds it humorous- or ironic that the person that posted this kind of schmuck is in the same situation.

    Good luck to you!

Now that the OP looks like a complete tool, I wonder how long until this post self-destructs.

...trust me i know all men wont run away, however statistically, teen relationships that result in a pregnancy 85% of the time end with a single parent household...this works for some and is acceptable to some...i am one of the people that find this to be a tragedy...

MandaMoron, Exactly where are you getting your statistics from?  I suspect you are pulling them out of your @ss.

Wow.  You are a heartless biitch.  There is nothing humorous about it.

ETA - You know what else is a biitch?  KARMA.  I think I hear the karma-train coming your way.

I am so so SOOO glad you find it funny, ironic, etc. You are a real peach.  This whole post was just a big fail on your part. I am kind of ashamed we share the same name.

Not all single parents on the board are teenagers, some are in their 30's and 20's. There is only a handful of teen mothers on the SP board. I am sorry than you find me humorous because I am a single teen mother. You have NO idea what I had to go through, mmmkay?

When I found out I was pregnant, I had my doubts but hoped for everything in the world that he would stay. I loved the guy! He stayed, he was happy. Then one day he beat me. I tried so hard to make it work so my daughter would have a mother AND a father, so people like YOU wouldn't judge me. But what did I get in return? Punches to the face, rocks thrown at me, choked, kicked, etc.

I am so happy that you find my situation humorous. You are a real winner there manda, congratulations on your happy marriage and your 'oopps baby' I hope you have a wonderful life.

No baby is an mistake, whether you are 30 or 17. God had a plan for that baby to come. I know my baby was here because God wanted her to be here, she was born on the day that always haunted me. I would see 10.10 everywhere and guess when my DD was born 10.10. - See how it works like that?

Yes there are a bunch of teenagers who are mothers or going to be mothers and have a bunch of learning to do. I for one am a wonderful mother, and my DD keeps me going. EVERYTHING I do is for my DD. I will not settle for anything less then what she deserves. I got my act together, it is not about me or what makes me happy. Everything is for her. I am starting college in fall and moving out soon. I will make myself of something, not just another lazy ass who mooches off the system. I am strong willed and I will accomplish everything that I need to in order to give my DD what she needs.

So before you make another observation on the SP board, think a little while longer on how you want to word your thread.

This post = FAIL. Good day to you manda.

    a day in the life.

No one will ever understand the strength of love I have for you. After all, you are the only one who knows what my heart sounds like from the inside. </o:p
