Hi!  I used Erika Walsh (erikaphoto.com) for my November wedding in San Diego.  She charges by the hour and was soooo laid back and took wonderful pictures.  She's in LaJolla.  Loved her!  Tell your friend to check out the website ( I am in the gallery:) )
