Anyone have a C-section at IHC, specifically Alta View, recently?

I am scheduled for a c-section at Alta View this month and wanted to hear some recent birth stories. Mainly, I'm concerned that as a c-s, I won't get the baby bonding time that the vaginal birthing mom's get.  I didn't last time, but that was several years ago.  The IHC website says they focus on this important time, but nothing about c-s moms.

So, it went well.  I really wanted to be "involved" in my birth experience and I have to say, it was as good as could be expected.  I got to watch the cs in a mirror.  My "moment" was when the doctor pulled ds little feet out.  Loved it.  They brought him to me in recovery and encouraged skin-to-skin time.  Very good experience.
