so bummed...and pissed!

I realized a little earlier today that DS's birthstone pendant has gone missing from my necklace. DH gave it to me for Christmas and it is one of my favorite things to wear. I am carefully cleaning and praying that it is somewhere in the house.

DH thought he was being funny and told me I could "work it off" in $200 worth of sexual favors. I promptly informed him that he was being a gigantic @ss b/c A.) it was a GIFT and B.) you are never supposed to tell someone how much you spent on a present for them. So now I am still bummed and pissed at DH. What a day!

    Geez, I hope you find it soon!!! I don't know WHAT I'd do if I lost my family ring.. my ILs bought it for me as a sort of "welcome to the family" gift, so I really don't want to lose that.

    Your hubby's lucky you only told him off... mine would get a smack upside the back of his head if he ever said something like that to me.
