LO and gas

LO seems to do fine most of the day until the evening and during the night.  she's been having really bad gas at night, where she cries and cries and then farts...cries and cries and farts.  shes been waking up during the night crying and farting too.  she scrunches up her whole body and flails in her bed.

i burp her during and after feedings and give her mylicon but it doesnt seem to work for her at night.  any suggestions?? i feel like we would all be sleeping much longer if it wasnt for gas!!

Sorry I do not have any advice for you, but this is my life exactly since the day Jayden was born. I have tried everything to reduce gas, changed bottles, formula, burping, pump her farts out with her legs, mylecon, gripe water. Nothing seems to help. Some nights it seems she doesn't sleep at all. Although I will say when she eats in the carseat while were driving and doesn't get burped a couple times a day it is worse. I just keep doing all of those things in fear quitting will make it worse.

  • I am in THE SAME situation with my DD. I don't know what to do. I am sleep deprived and with a borderline migraine. I hope someone has some advice....ANY??
