update to something horrible happening and an AW

I went to the dr. and it turns out that the problem I had was sleep paralysis like some of the posters said and that it is most likely caused by my migraines (since I get auras with them). They did an MRI and ruled out anything else bad which was great.  So I am going to a Neurologist Tuesday to help put my migraines under control to hope that I don't get the sleep paralysis as bad as I did today.  On another note my Avery Madison got her first tooth today!!!!
