Let me tell you about my experience on this website.

I asked on a post if anyone had heard of an old wives tale where tickling your baby can be bad for your baby's speech development and stop them from talking.

I posted then checked back the next day (because I actually have a life) for responses. I came to find that the "cool bumpies" that have no lives and have a million points for being on here day and night went nuts! As soon as one of them posts something mean then here they all come to atack you. There was a couple of good posts saying they heard of it. There was actually someone that said they had just heard that subject on the radio. Mostly it was them just talking crap that I'm an idiot that I don't know how to punctuate, and then commending eachother on their rude comments.

 When I saw all of the mean responses I posted again saying how disappointed I was with all the moms on here. I thought this is where you come to get and give advice not to talk crap. This set these females off even more! They said that if I couldn't take it I shouldn't be on this website, that I was a cry baby, that I was an idiot, and so many other lame things. Then they started posting things making fun of me. I deleted my post then one of them even went to the extreme of finding it and reposting it. Then they even posted someone else's post that was complaining that she was upset. She's 8 weeks pregnant and was also harassed and made fun of by these bitter women.  https://tinyurl.com/ygt3t8r They did the same thing that they did to me to her. Apparently this kind of thing happens all the time on this site. They even admit that this is their entertainment for a Friday night (how sad)

I didn't even finish reading the responses. I thought this was a BABY website not a lame old lady version of mean girls!  One of them even threatened me that I wouldn't make friends with them.

To all of you that posted all those stupid comments. First of all get a life! Don't you have a baby at home? Why are you on here AAAAAAAAAAALLLLLLLLLL day and not taking care of your babies? I don't care about being your "friend". I have REAL friends. Like I said before I feel sorry for your babies. If you rather be on this site all day instead of enjoying a precious angel that you have at home then I feel very sorry for them.

I will go back to enjoying my baby and will no longer use this site. YOU  females that have no life can post away all night about this until you find someone else to talk crap about. Have fun posting all night since you have nothing better in your lives than to be on this website and be mean to people.

Should I go wake him up so I can "take care of him"? LOL. Get a life! Babies do nothing but eat, poop, and sleep!

You can be in tune with your body, incredibly tiny, what ever, but I can promise you that it is physically impossible for you to feel your baby moving.  I said it in your OP and I'll say it here.  Your uterus isn't even above  your pubic bone yet and your child is the size of a grape.  You are feeling gas bubbles and your body shifting as it prepares for your expanding uterus.  Nothing more.  I'm sure that you are excited, but I can promise you that when you actually DO feel the baby move, you will realize that right now you are wrong.

What makes more sense? Hundreds+ years of doctors knowledge saying you can't feel a baby at 8 weeks, or you and your skinny, kumbayah-self just "knowing" ?

I agree with you, hang in there.  Same thing happened to me when I posted something about when I was TTC and they attacked me - so strange that women trying to have children to act that way...red flags!

 I'm now 4 weeks so even their snarky remarks won't phase me this time!

I woke up earlier than my husband and I had some time to kill so I just waded through this ridiculous post.

Wowie.  I am having a hard time fathoming why OP thought this post was a good idea.  If you are so determined that we are all wrong and you are right because you are in tune with your body, then get on your high horse and find some other baby site.  Perhaps one where everyone sits around and talks about their feelings and no one judges anyone and everyone is supportive, even of scientifically impossible things.
