52 flew into Miami tonight. 14 were left behind b/c of document mix-ups. Now the US places the kids in an institutionalized foster care for the next several days while their already approved, fingerprinted, etc parents wait.

It's still so odd to me that the kids are going into foster care first. The APs are already home studied and fingerprinted..... Sad
