My FFFC.....selfish

I nurse because i know its good for LO and i can and its free......but another major reason is because it burns a lot of calories.  I also ask a neighbor to watch LO an hour on the weekend so DH and i can go to the gym....am i selfish?

No. Especially not for the gym part. You need time away, and you're doing something that's good for you. Not to mention its good for LO to spend time with other people. Win-win in my book.

Um, no. You have to take care of yourself in order to be a good mom.

Not selfish.  I BF for the same reasons.  I would love to stop, but it's really good for both of us, so that's why I continue.  Plus, formula is so dang expensive.  I save money and lose weight by BF.

And no matter how precious our babies are, we all need alone time!
