Dinner Help: I need to use up a Baguette

Anyone have any ideas that would be good to serve with a baguette or would use the baguette in the actual recipe (soups, sandwiches, pasta maybe?). I always see recipes that sound so good but require a baguette, and I never have one. Now that I have one I can't recall any of those recipes!

Spinach Artichoke dip - cut the baguette into 1" squares ...dip and enjoy!

French onion soup- use the bread to make the crouton on top.

I would use it for an appetizer of mini bruschetta. Yum!

Cut the baguette into 1" pieces. Brush with olive oil. Broil. Top with chopped tomatoes, fresh basil and a little cheese.

Crouton: drizzle with olive oil, season with salt and pepper, and bake. Bread crumbs: process in blender or food pro, toss with olive oil, season with salt and pepper and bake. Use as bread for pannini. Or wait until tomoorow morning and use for mini French toasts.
