Why arent there changing station in mens' restrooms?

I mean I know there are sometimes, but rarely.

I know this because sometimes DH offers to change her in public, but usually comes back and says there was no place to change her. But when I go into the Womens' room, there is a nice little changing station waiting for me.

I mean, it seems a bit sexist in my opinion. What about the single Dads?

  • This bugs DH a lot.  And instead of bringing J back to me, he decided to "prove his point" by waltzing into the ladies' room.  He says he dares a manager to challenge him.

  • my DH says the same thing.
  • i was at a furniture store recently and they actually had it - i was pleasantly surprised as i could continue to shop and hubby changed him.
  • We prefer family restrooms.

  • Where we live they are actually in almost every men's room.  We use those instead since they tend to be cleaner then those in the women's restrooms.  They are less frequently used so we figure its more clean:)

Haha, I love it! I'm totally recommending this to DH

  • I actually had to inform DH to look in the stall.  He just thought that they would all be out in the open.  He didn't even think to look in the stall but now he knows to at least see if there is one in there before bringing LO to me to go in the ladies room.

Huh? Thats a very good point. I've never mentioned this to him, just assumed he would know. I'll make sure next time.
