we are going to FL to see my ILs next week and I'm looking for info on flying with LO. I looked at tsa.gov and it was not very clear to me for the formula and meds questions I have:
for carryons: How much formula can I bring? How much can 1 bottle amount to? Can I bring her medicine in the carry on? Do I need anything for it? Do I need to bring her birth certificate? will a copy do?
TIA!
Re: flying with LO - formula and meds Q
Our girls have the same name.
I traveled with a firend a little while back and she bought the powdered formula singles, and then used bottled water on the plane to make them.
I've seen your posts and thought the same thing. I'm just a little jealous your Lily has that beautiful red hair!! love it! thanks for the suggestion!
You do not have to follow obeyed quantities. To be safe, I am putting my BM and meds for LO in a separate gallon size zip-loc than any other liquids.
You just have to seperately declare the items.
This I carried about 16 ozs and a freezer pack, no questions asked by security.
I was afraid to not have some made... DS does not give much warning when hungry... I didn't want to b that lady?
