Why does pooing hurt so effing bad? I would honestly go through those pitocin contractions over pooing again. It feels like razors. What the heck am I supposed to do?
You may need to see the doctor if it's still hurting you. I had pretty bad hemi's and 3 months later I am much better. Doesn't nearly hurt as bad as it did. Also, make sure you a taken some sort of fiber or eating fiber rich foods. It will allow your poo to be soft and give you time to heal.
Are you constipated from BFing? BFing makes you constipated. I used Colace for a month after I delivered. If it's from stitches, I can't help: I had a c-section!
I just wanted to let you know you are not alone w/this issue. I experienced this after my first daughter's birth and again with my second daughter. I am still going through issues. The only thing that brings some relief is taking Citrucel daily. I take it every night before bed. I am nursing and it has been approved by both my Dr. and the pedi. Hot baths also work very well. I think it lasted about 6 months with my first. I am so sorry! Hang in there, it will go away soon!
