Had Connor's 4-month appt today and he was off the charts in weight, length and head circumference (full of the best Irish brains!)

Length: 27.25 in

Weight: 18 lb 5.5 oz

our doctor said he is the size of an average 7 month old. oh my!

I was just so surprised! He was 11 lb 4 oz at his 2 month appointment, but his weight finally caught up to his height!  I guess I should have expected these numbers when he skipped over the3-6 month clothing size in 2 weeks and now wears 6-9 month clothes.

She was 16 lbs. 10 oz (97th percentile!) and 24 3/4 inches long (75th percentile). The pedi. said she looked great!

=(  12 lbs 6 oz.  DD is just not very interested in eating.  The ped said not to worry, she's happy and hitting her milestones, but I find myself trying to get her to eat more.

He was 14 lbs. and 24 3/4 inches long.  Dr. said that's about the 50th percentile, but if you adjust for the fact that he was 4 weeks early, he's in the 75th.  DH is 6'4 and I'm 5'1 so it'll be interesting to see how he turns out.

DS official appointment is next week. He's a week shy of 4 months and is in size 4 diapers, size 12 month clothes, and was 18lbs 3.5 ozs when I took him in 2 weeks ago. I'm sure he's 20+ now, but no idea on the inches.

Oh wow my DD is super tiny then compared to everyone else - she will be 4months on 02/06 but I just took her in last week for shots and she is only 10.8lbs.  She was a wee little thing when she was born though - only 5.3lbs. Doc seems to be okay with her weight though - and she honestly eats like a champ: 6 ozs every 3-4 hours during the day and she's been sstn for over a month now.  I guess she is just "petite"

it sounds like she is just right. I think they are supposed to double their birth weight by 4 months. DD was 8 lbs at birth and I expect her to be about 16 at her appt monday.
