What should i cook for dinner

I decided to cook tonight but i dont cook much. Help me out, any easy recipes u want to share. No fish, dh wont eat it.

I'm making meatloaf. It is the liptons onion soup recipe. And I will be making red potatoes. I cannot wait.

Make some taco meat, add a can of Rotel and cream of chicken & mix.

Layer corn tortillas with taco meat mix and monteray jack cheese. 

Bake at 350 until bubbly & serve with salsa and sour cream.
