The condo above us is renovating AGAIN. They banged & sawed for a week last month and DS got zero sleep during the day b/c of the noise. It made for a miserable household. We are fairly friendly with our neighbors & the lady said she'd give us a heads up before the started again so I could plan accordingly. Well she didn't...and DS had just gone down for a nap when the whirl of power tools started. Its been going on for almost 2 hours now.

I can not wait until we buy our own place where our four walls don't touch anyone else's.
