I'm dying for some taco bell but I'm trying really hard to stick to my Jenny Craig program!! I already had cheese cake this weekend at my dad's bday party and now I want taco bell!?

I need some will power not to go and grab some!!!?

meat - good for you

cheese - calcium

lettuce and tomato - definatley good for you
