Hello - I'm new to this board. I just had my D & C this morning.

During my 1st u/s last week my doctor said I was measuring several weeks behind so yesterday they did another u/s and I measured the same but this time I had two yolk sacs instead of one, and still no fetal pole(s).

Yesterday was pretty tough. I was almost 10wks along so most of my family knew about my pregnancy and I hated telling my story over and over.... Now that I've been through that, I think I'll keep any future pregnancies a secret for a little while longer and just spill the beans to my girls on the bump!

    I am so sorry for your loss and your surgery. I also will be keeping my next pregnancy a secret for a long time. This board is a wonderful place to vent and connect with women who have similiar experiances. My thoughts and prayers are with you.

    May 2011 Chose to build our family through adoption

    So sorry for your loss, I know it sucks big time. I think telling people its not going to work out is the worst part. Hang in there it might not seem like it now but it does get better.
