Babies: 3 - 6 Months

Do you think this will be a problem?

We've been working on getting DD to nap in her pack and play or crib. When DH is home he loves to just let her nap on him. I get that he likes the cuddle time and I do think it is so sweet, but I'm not sure if that sets us back everytime he lets her do it.

I don't want to be that b*tchy wife because I just adore the fact that he just wants to snuggle with her but naps are our nemesis.

  • Mmmm, it just depends on the baby. I was worried about the exact same thing with Ian. But as long as it's just an occasional thing it doesn't seem to mess with the crib napping much.

  • I don't know. I don't think it is all or nothing with babies. I think the initial adjustment to the crib is difficult. Maybe when she falls asleep on your dh you could ask him to move her into the crib?

  • DH and I just had this convo after last weekend when I couldn't put DS down all day bc he only wanted to nap in my arms.  He didn't get upset when I explained how difficult it made things for me.

I am not sure, but your DD is so adorable it hurts. Great siggy pic!

Thank You!!!! I have a question... do you have a hard time with babylegs? DD is rarely out of her harness but when she is sometimes I feel like the babylegs are digging into her chunky thighs lol. I think our DDs were about the same size at their respective ages.

They are tight, but they don't seem to bother her. She lets me know if she is uncomfortable and she loves her babylegs. I have noticed that the few pairs I got from Target are smaller than the other ones I have. I am not sure why that it is, but they are tighter on her and even roll down her leg.

  • Maybe you could put her in the PnP with a dirty shirt of his ala Waterfairy :)
