Question about Sophie

DS has several teethers, none of which he seems interested in.  He'd rather chew on his hand or my finger.  Anyone have this issue and then have Sophie work as a teether?

    My LO is the same way! He doesn't want anything to do with teethers. Try giving him a damp wash cloth. He may enjoy chewing on that.

    Yep. DS loves Sophie.  It is currently his favorite toy to chew on.

    DD isn't big on any of her teethers ...  but out of all of them she likes Sophie the best.  Her hand is her favorite.

    Sophie is working for us.  Our fingers or Sophie are the only things DD will chew on.  I think it's because Sophie is easy to hold and she likes to chew on the legs (which I think are kind of the same shape/size as our fingers).  I wasn't going to buy a Sophie (I think it's pretty expensive for a teething toy), but MIL sent one to us after I had menitoned it - so glad she did!
