Can you jog with City Select?

I am wondering if you can jog with the City Select? or would it make more sense to get the Bumbleride Indie Twin?

The reviews I have read said no. I "testdrove" it the other day, though and it is pretty sweet.

no, you cannot run with it....and it is super heavy and akward to turn when you have two kids in it...i test drove it and did not like it, actually.

Definitely not. I have it and it's definitely not made for jogging.
