anyone use prepaid internet cards?

I may be moving to this step down hospital care tomorrow and the lady said they do not have wireless internet you have to get a perpaid internet card.  I am dumb and not sure what these are/where you get them? Is it dial up? Didn't know if others in the hospital has same thing.  Please enlighten me:)

She's probably talking about a mobile internet service - try whichever provider you use for cell phones
