i had a thought after reading your pizza deboggle last night. you are alotted 60 carbs for dinner.
I am only allowed 45- why not lower your carb alotment a little and see if that helps. do a little bit at a time- maybe.
60 seems like a lot to me for some reason. if i go over sometimes even by 5 carbs i do notice a difference i sometimes jump from 90's to 100's.
do you think that might help?

I actually try to go a little less than 60 actually. I had close to 50 carbs last night but maybe I need to back it up a little more. I did eat dinner quite a bit later than normal @ 8:30 pm. Not sure if that could had anything to do with it or not.
Luckily as far as my after meal numbers go that's been my highest one. I've had a couple that were 122.
There are so many things that can determine how the numbers will play out. It's definitely harder than what I though it would be. I guess I was pretty naive to believe that as long as I stayed within my carbs everything would always be fine. Man was I wrong.
