What were the h/r of your babies?

What are/were the average heart rates of your babies and what did you have-boys vs. girls?

I have had several people say two girls to me today.  I know this doesn't tell you anything but, thought I'd ask those of you  who know if you're having boy/girls and those that have already delivered for fun.  : )

Re: What were the h/r of your babies?

  • Yesterday they measured in the 140's and 150's - I will tell you next week whether that means girl or boy!

  • My boys were closely monitored at the end of my pregnancy and their heart rates were on average about 125.  I don't know if that tells you anything but I thought I would share.

  • My son's heartrate was super high, always like in the 170-180s. I remember thinking it was too high and being a little nervous about that.

My twins heartrates were 175 and 178.  Don't know the genders yet.

  • We are having twin girls and today there hear rates were in the 140's. They are ususally in the 130s or 140s.
  • i have b/g twins and I just had my NST today and their h/r were almost identical the whole time.  However, I do remember early in the 2nd tri before we found out the sex, that they were different except I don't remember what so I am not as helpful!
  • They vary, but average around 150 for both boys.

  • DS ran in the 150's and DD ran in the 130's, complete opposite from the old wives tale

  • Early in the pregnancy the heart rates were higher, but for the majority of the pregnancy the heart rates have been 140s & 150s and they're girls.
