why do some sneezes smell?

no seriously. Hardly ever. But every once in a long while, I'll sneeze and it smells, well, like a sneeze?!  Why? I don't get it... Am I the only one?

When my DH sneezes it smells like cinnamon, and not just to him. I can smell it too. Weird.

I wish I knew, bc when DH sneezes, you have to leave the room. It's nasty. Or if we in the car, he rolls down a window. I can't explain the smell. It's not like a fart smell. It just stinks.
