I have started a teeth whitening home kit (provided by my dentist) which requires me to wear these plastic molds for an hour a night with whitening gel in them for the next 2 weeks. 

Blech.  I hate the feeling I get when I have these things on my teeth.  And the gel makes me want to gag.

I suppose it's all worth it if I look purdy with my whiter teeth.
