So I was checking CM and at first nothing alarming, but then there was blood. My cycles are a little out of wack and my chart says to expect AF on the 15th. Am I safe to assume it's early?

It could be implantation spotting if you're still 7 days away from your period.

I just started charting so I couldn't really tell this cycle but I took a OPK today and it was faint/neg. But I've been off BC for 6 months already..

My ticker is wrong, bizzare - it should have been 35, not 30.

There are a few possibilities. It might be ovulation spotting. You may have ovulated earlier than you thought, making your period show earlier. Or you might still be regulating after birth control. Do you chart on Fertility Friend? Link? Good luck TTC.

Oh, I see. You *just* started charting. Unfortunately, you're going to have to just chart for a couple cycles to see what's going on. Don't be alarmed by things like this yet. After a while, your charts will start to make sense. You'll see patterns of when you normally ovulate and how long your luteal phase usually is. Good luck!

Ya... sorry. I'm a newbie to all of this. I was just a little freaked about blood almost a week before AF... Thanks for helping though. Have to start somewhere, huh?
