I'd say that's your best bet.  Looks like a decent one.  I just wonder what makes it "water resistant".  If it's not wool, then it's either plastics, chemicals, or??

I know what you mean, it sucks booty. Thank you though. I dont feel so crazy now. At least someone else gets why I am going bonkers over here about all this.

Nope, so NOT crazy!  I get you 100%.  FWIW, the cheapest one I found online was a innerspring organic cotton with woven wool cover for flame retardancy and water resistance.  So, I'd seriously check into the cover if you're allergic to wool!

I might have to cave and get a bit of plastic but that is better than pesticide filled insides along with all the other crap. If it means not having wool. Wool is soooo not my friend.
