yoga class recs?

hi, i'm thinking it's time to start taking better care of me!  my girls are almost 8mos, and dh is always encouraging me to get out on the weekends.

so do you have a yoga place you like?  i live in la mesa, so looking for something in central SD, or some surrounding area.  i realize i may have to leave la mesa.

specifically i'm looking for something relaxing and that focuses on stretching.

I go to classes up in Vista, but that's probably too far for you. I pretty much only know yoga in north county. I'm sure there are plenty of places down there too though!

Check out A Gentle Way in La Mesa. I haven't been able to go due to being on partial bed rest but I heard the classe are great. I am going as soon as my doctor lets me out the bed.
