AW: YEAH! The request for a court date is filed!

We got the letter from the lawyer today!  After 3 years we are finally seeing some progress.

This is all good news.  Now it's just waiting game...but at least now we know the wait is under a year from now.

But the sad news is what my permanent disability came in at. =(  20% total body and 50% vocational.

So what does this mean for you? I know they give you $ based on % of disability, but what's the court date for?
