hemrhoid help

help! still having issues..going on 6 months now! have tried every over counter thing and it always comes back.

    You should talk to your doctor. I believe there are RX creams and also cortisone injections that will be much more effective than OTC stuff. There's even surgery if it's very severe and untreatable any other way.
