Honestly...This HB is killing me!

I am out of options. This has been going on for some time now. I have acid reflux on top of being pregnant. Im going to talk to my dr to see if there is anything I can take. But Ive done tums, water, milk, freezies....Is there any home remedy relief that you know of? Im DYING

That sucks...the one thing I would suggest is trying Tums Smoothies, they seemed to work better for me than regular Tums for some reason. I have heard that you can take Zantac but I would ask your doc for confirmation on that.

Sorry!  I hope you can make it through the weekend. There are several meds your doc can recommend that are safe during pregnancy, so give them a call on Monday.

THis may sound silly, but have you tried baking soda water?

I have HB from hell. Taking a tylenol and tums seems to help. Go figure.
