I like Sienna too (also with 2 ns ), it is a nice earthy name that also sounds pretty. How about Sienna Jade, Sienna Campbell, Sienna Harper, Sienna Eden?
My immediate thought was Grace. But, most people think that Grace has become the new Ann or Lynn.
That being said, I still like Grace, but I think any one syllable MN will be pretty. Personally, I'd stick with 1 syllable since Siena has 3. It would flow better IMO.

I agree with a one sylable name as stated by pp, but would want to use a family name first if possible.
TTC #1 for over 5 years - too many to count IF treatments (tried everything and anything), repeat miscarriages.
Finally, Sticky Success!! B/G Twins arrived 2011.
Love the name. I like that you are spelling it after the city in Italy- Siena. We lived outside of Siena for 6 months and it is one of my favorite spots in the world.
