questions to ask potential nanny?

We're meeting with a potential nanny tomorrow-- the neighbor of a friend-- and I'm wondering if there is a list out there somewhere of what we should ask. I think this will be more of a "meet & greet" than an actual interview, but are there any particular things that would be deal-breakers such that we should ask them before having the formal interview? TIA for the advice!
