NBR:Finding a new OB/GYN

We just moved to Tampa (near Wesley Chapel), I'm not so worried about finding a primary care physician, but how do you go about finding a new OB/GYN??  I know only one person to ask in this new area, other than that I'm on my own.  Help please!  Any recommendations.  I loved my former doctor and delivered with a midwife. I'd prefer a practice with multiple doctors and midwives.  TIA

Re: NBR:Finding a new OB/GYN

  • I love, love, love my practice - they have an office in Tampa by St. Joe's hospital and one up by University Community.  I see Dr. Young primaruly, but the practice is Dr.'s Bray, Morris, Young, Perkins and Solomin.  THey have one nurse practitioner and no midwives.

  • Ditto previous poster's recommendation of the Women's Group.  I see them at St. Joe's but the N. Tampa office is probably closer.  I haven't seen Dr. Young yet but I have all the other drs and loved them all!
