95 isn't too terrible. I remember with my two DD's the doctor wouldn't come unglued until I was over 105. Right now I'm TTTC#3 and this is my first month on meds (Femara, Ovidrel, Progesterone, Met XR). I started taking Prog as of 1DPO and now I'm 5DPO and my fastings have spiked up to 160. I go to bed with sugars around 100. I'm thinking I'm going to have to wake up in the middle of the night just to take some insulin. I have MODY diabetes which is kind of like Type 1.
My suggestion to you....go for a walk before bedtime (that will naturally lower your bs) and eat less crackers (maybe only 10g worth of carbs at most). Lots of cheese or peanut butter!

yeah I was just thinking that maybe she has my carbs too high for my night time snack. I was told that I should have between 26-35 carbs at night and that seems like a lot. I was struggling to get to 26g--- it was way more crackers than I really wanted to eat. Before my meeting yesterday I was following the stuff I found online and all of the meal plans had the night snack at 15g or so carbs which seems a lot more reasonable. I'll play around with it tonight and see if less crackers makes a difference.

Re: My first fasting test was too high
Perhaps adding more cheese and less crackers? Also, sometimes going too long can effect your numbers...
Also, with me, there was nothing I could do to effect my fasting numbers, so i ended up on glyburide...
good luck!
What is it supposed to be?
I've been testing for a few days now and I've yet to be under 95, which is where I'm supposed to be.
between 60-90
Agree.
I started testing yesterday, but today was my first fasting test.
My 1 hour after breakfast was 129 and they want it under 140 so that was fine.
