scab on left nipple won't go away please help

Ok so I have been soley pumping for 3 weeks now b/c of thrush and mastitis. I have had a scab on my left nipple since end of december and it won't heal. It is almost a hole in my nipple. I have tried putting neosporin on it( I clean it before I pump) it won't heal and I am so frusturated. I would like to breast feed again but I want both nipples healed before I do. What else can I do?

    I just posted about this product in the  "let's talk nipples" post.  My MW suggested it to me because of the scabs I had.  They went away almost immediately.

    Gerber makes those pads too.  My one nipple had a scab on it one week PP.  I used the gel pad for one day and it helped.  I also put neosporin and a bandaid overnight and used pumped bottles.
