My "warning" conversation with babysitter

My "warning" conversation with our babysitter didn't happen.  She didn't answer her phone.  I may be looking into it too much, but that girl has her phone attached to her hip.  She doesn't use it while she's with us (thank goodness) but she always has it, and updates facebook with it all the time.  So, either she's in the can, makin' it with her new boyfriend, or ignoring us.  I left a message and asked her to call me tomorrow. 

I feel like I'm breaking up with someone.

I am like you, I hate conflict. I would have been near vomiting if I had to have that conversation, and to work up the nerve to call and then have her not answer would be horrible!! I dont know why I am such a wuss, but I just am. I hope you are able to have the conversation soon!! Good luck!

Sorry you did not get to talk to her though. I know what that isl like to work up the courage to do something, and then not be able to!

Ugh, I DREAD stuff like this. I hate, hate, hate conflict. My DH is the one who has all of the mean talks with our nanny, yet somehow she likes him more than me. Or at least she chats with him about personal stuff. What the heck?! Anyway, I hope it goes well!
