i somewhat know your pain. im 5'9" and i find it hard even at my height sometimes to find jeans. well i wish i knew a great place to go.. maybe the maturnity store, or like someone else mentioned the gap or old navy..
I'm a 36" too - let me know if the gap long and leans work for you because they say they are only 34"! Also, I took a couple pairs to my tailor and he cut out the waist band and put in elastic just like jeans you'd find in the store for about $30. They work great - you just have to have a couple pairs that you don't mind sacrificing.
I was checking out those Gap jeans too. I'm 6'... and currently I'm still able to fit into my regular non-maternity cowgirl jeans which are lowrise boot cut Wranglers- they are cut low enough that *I THINK* my belly will continue to go out over the waistband. This retailer seems out of the smaller sizes tho...
I wear a 34 inseam and bought a pair of citizens. I had to get them hemmed and when I say that I mean they cut off a huge chunk at the bottom of these pants. You may want to check them out. They are citizens but not from motherhood. I would check shopbop.com

Gap Longs aren't long enough for me - I wear their extra long (36" inseam) in regular pants, and the 34" inseams don't reach my feet. I've yet to find a pair of jeans that don't look like highwaters on me. =( The pair I have from the Gap do make my ass look great though. Maybe people will be so distracted by my awesome butt and pregnant belly that they won't notice that my jeans are 2 inches too short.
Im on the opposite end trying to find shortd pants lol BUT Ann Taylor LOFT has maternity stuff online. Not sure how long the inseam is for tall and its mostly dressy work type clothes but some jeans.
36 inseam here at 5'9. I wear theory maternity suit pants for work and for jeans I wear hudson maternity. Yes they are expensive but long enough for me. I haven't found any others I liked

Seven for All Mankind has amazing maternity jeans that come with. 35" + inseam. I'm 5'9" and I always have trouble finding jeans that are long enough! You can get them on Macys.com and you can use coupons/points (unlike if you bought them through 7forallmankind.com) they are pricey but to me they are 100% worth it. Hope this helps!
