Does clomid mess with your temps?

Today is last day of clomid and my temps have been crazy high for the past few days. Nothing else has changed, but am wondering if the clomid is making the difference.

I noticed the same thing with Femara this month. I'm guessing that since its suppresses estrogen (what keeps your temps low) the temps rise. My temps went back down once I was off Femara for a couple of days. Good luck!

It did for me. I didn't bother temping the cycles I was on Clomid.

I had a lot of issues with the 4 rounds I did this time.  My pre-O temps were much higher than normal, above my usual baseline.  Also one cycle was only 18 days.  So based on my experience I would answer yes.

I only temp'd when TTC DD, but from what I remember, mine stayed about the same.
