I am SO down in the dumps today about my never ending and horrible morning sickness. I thought things had gotten better for me around 11-12 weeks but I seem to have taken a turn back for the worse over the weekend. I'm just so sick of being so sick. I really can't do anything- can't go to lunch or dinner with my family or friends because I gag from the smells in restaurants, can't have people over my house because I'm like a vomiting time bomb and I'm embarassed to have friends over during one of my "episodes", can't do things I love like cook or work out. I even struggle to keep up with my son because any sudden movement seems to make things much worse in terms of the nausea.
Sorry to be such a whiner but this is now over 8 weeks of dealing with this crap, despite being on Zofran. I just feel like it's never going to end.

Yeah, I'm still feeling poorly, too. I sympathize.
Has your doctor mentioned the B6/unisom combo? If so, maybe you could ask about it. I take it 2-3 times a day, and it helps keep things mainly under control. Then I also have Zofran for "rescue situations."
I still puke or at least dry heave every day, but I'm able to function.
I'm sorry you're so miserable. I was sick 24/7 until 22 weeks.
Zofran didn't do crap for me except cause constipation and headaches. Unisom/B6 didn't work. I used phenergan to help me sleep, but it didn't help the nausea. Kytril didn't do anything and was really pricey.
Reglan worked the best for me, although I still felt crappy most of the time. Around 12 weeks I wasn't able to swallow pills any more and went on a Reglan pump. Might be worth asking about it. It's a class B med like Zofran is, and it's also a lot cheaper.
Same here! I am feeling tons better now... I did take a Zofran yesterday for the first time in a couple weeks because I had to go to the ::gasp:: dentist. The thought of laying in a chair with my mouth open and someone picking at my teeth for 45 minutes had me dry-heaving as it was. lol. Just as the m/s ended the headaches and heartburn began - at least that's been my experience. Fun Hang in there, hopefully you'll be feeling a little better within the next few weeks!!
