heparin???

I just started heparin last night.  i take 5000/1 ml two times a day.  It seems like a lot to me.  On lovenox i was taking 40ml.   How much does everyone else take?

I take .4 ml of Lovenox, very small dosage. I think heparin is less potent though, isn't that why you take it closer to delivery?

taking the same...about to switch to the heparin. i heard it doesn't stay in the body as long or something and that's why it's more than the lovenox

heparin is measured differently due to the strength...what seems like a little lovenox would turn into a lot of heparin.
