Poor foot circulation

Is anyone experiencing this? Im sure many are but ive never had this with either of my first two. My feet are sooooo sore i can barely stand up for long and seriously even sitting they have cramps almost like there is no circulation. Any suggestions? My next drs appt is Feb 2nd but thats a week away! Help
