Love it!! Is this the gerber stuff or did you make it yourself?  I've tried giving PJ the little gerber raviolis, but all he wants to do is smash them.

I made it. Diced carrots, zucchini and tomato paste with a little bit of italian seasoning. Even post bath Jake's mouth was orange until the next morning.

No real recipe, I just pulled aside some ingredients while making sauce.

One diced steamed carrot, one half of a diced steamed zucchini and a tsp of tomato paste with a dash of italian seasoning (salt free).

I'm only asking because your cuties are the same age as Mason and I keep skirting around giving him finger food.

It was a thick puree mush.  We loaded the spoon and they went to town. Its the only way they'll eat. they haven't really gotten the hang of finger food yet.

he will be fine just make sure everything is cooked through.. if you can mash it with your finger he can mash it with his gums.. dont delay, its important to start now so he had develop his pincher grasp.. i repeat he will be fine:)

LOL thi is too funny!! I laugh because DH is such a FREAK about her having messy face. He's in for a world of hurt when we start finger foods!
