My fasting number was up again this morning - 100. Should be under 95. I couldn't find any protein to eat with my snack last night. Sad, I know. I wasn't really concerned about that number though. Yeah, I want to get it down but I didn't stress about it.
I ate breakfast. The same breakfast I've been eating for 4 days now. I was at 122 - should be under 120 - which I know isn't up by much at all. Cause for concern? I was excited about finding a breakfast cereal that worked and that tasted good. Do I need to switch it up?

my numbers are usually up depending on what i had for dinner the night before and my evening snack- something spiked you. go through last nights eating?
my nutritionsit warned me about cereal. so watch out for that!
I know cereal can be touch n go. Each morning for the previous mornings I was at 112 after the cereal. It's so frustration.
I'm so confused. My after dinner reading was fine. So I guess it was the snack. Like I said, no proten, but yet the other day when my fasting number was 108 my after breakfast reading was fine.
There are so many variables to this!
I'm learning that cereal is a no-go breakfast for me... although I haven't tried the Special K stuff the girls always talk about on here the lower carb options I have tried have put me REALLY close. Maybe switch it up before you get too worried about it?!
This morning I had a Mission Whole Wheat Carb balance tortilla filled with 2 scrambled eggs, 3 sausage links (which only said 1 serving but it almost felt like too much?!) and I grated a string cheese in there too. I finished with a 1/2 cup of grapes and was SO full - only 31g carbs though and I measured at 105!!! I was amazed actually I thought I'd be close.

The Special K protein plus is what I've been eating.
I'll try something different in the morning. I need DH to go to the grocery store and get me some peanut butter!
