It's a homeopathic remedy for colic. It's like Gripe Water, but with more ingredients. I've read really good reviews for it, but was wondering if anyone here has had any real experience with it. It's kind of expensive, and I've read that it's only available from the manufacturers website. I've been using regular gripe water ... which has three of the ingredients of the Colic Calm.
THanks. My LO is colicky, and I'm just looking for options to ease her discomfort.
Re: anyone use Colic Calm?
I've tried almost everything short of voodoo. I've tried everything that my doctor has recommended. I know that it's a relatively short term condition, and that my LO is reaching the 'peak' of it right now, but it's still very stressful on DH and myself. I can hear the gas moving through her gut when she finally falls asleep, so I'm sure that's what's causing her discomfort ... but how can I get the gas out of her? Even as described by my 'know it all" MIL, "She's very difficult to burp." (referring to my LO)
Anyway ... I'd love to go have a bowl of Froot Loops, but have temporarily eliminated dairy from my diet in case the gas is caused by a lactose intolerance.
Our LO have the same birthday. :-)
The PP has the same birthday, too! LOL, guess our LO's are all going through the same thing right now.
